It was Nobody who did it.

At its core, the DEOC mission is to gather intelligence and ensure that it stays in the right hands. Often, we are referred to as the eye of the Foundation as it's our objective to protect humanity by providing the Foundation with essential intelligence. To do this, we must ensure that information is gathered efficiently with proper espionage networks, civilian networks, and diplomatic connections. Information must also be secured through counter-intelligence, cyber security, and disinformation campaigns to ensure that the veil is not broken.

- CCI N. Rosiello, during the 2019 Russia Campaigns

Interested in joining the Site-21 Department of External Operations Central Division? All it requires is for you to send an email to DEOC, stating that you are interested in an internship.

We swing the hammer up! Sergeant makes us do another pushup! We swing the hammer down! Sergeant makes us run around!

Established during the operations of Green Point, created as a final stopping force to the continuing illegal telekill trade of the Kingston Islands. The Nu-7 Green-One Company is the main major combat unit of Site-21. Whether our mission is to conquer areas in control of enemy GoIs or to liberate facilities that have gotten out of control, our job is much more than it used to be. Today we are running international operations to further the Foundation's ambitions and efforts.

- Former CPT. Lawrence

No, we're not the Serpent's Hand.

Veterinarians, by definition, are the doctors of the animal world. We stand somewhere in a similar place, with us treating non-human patients. The prefix para-, means that we treat anomalies. Most anomalies can, like us, get damaged and torn. Many anomalies also share common biological and zoological patterns with that of the animal kingdom. We are therefore here to enforce the Protect in "Secure. Contain. Protect" Though, another thing to remember about anomalies is the fact that they are anomalous. They are unique and wildly different from each other. Therefore, our job is also composed of finding out methods and procedures to take care of the most absurd and unusual occurrences. Ever thought about performing surgery on a creature whose innards are non-euclidean in nature? Or delivering a human-like baby from a beast that looks like a red crocodilian? Our work is not only pathological and surgery, though. We deal with the psychiatry of anomalies as well. If this interests you, we wish you the best of luck in joining.
