The ISIB are like the secret police, the boogeyman if you will. You really, really don't want to fuck with them.

Working at the ISIB can be both a blessing and a curse. One day, you're having the time of your life running around in the fields of investigation, trying to find who left open the security doors to 111, almost causing a site-wide chemical fire. The next day, you're being chewed out by some of the scariest and most powerful individuals at the site because you forgot to add a sentence to your investigative report about something so minuscule that you couldn't even figure out how they found out about it.

- Unnamed ISIB agent

ISIB is currently an invitation-only division, meaning you are unable to join unless invited by a RA or higher.

You can visit them when they come visit you.

If something exists, RAISA has it on-record.

Not many personnel have even heard of RAISA before, let alone know the absolute power they have. RAISA holds every piece and form of information the Foundation has ever possessed. If someone exists, RAISA has their family tree sitting in a file cabinet somewhere. People think the boogeymen of the Foundation are the Ethics Committee or the O5 or a similar department. The true people that control the Foundation are the same ones who control the archives. RAISA could blackmail half the Foundation and no one could do a damned thing about it. Point is, learning who really controls everything could save your life someday. It sure as hell saved mine.

- █████████

RAISA is currently closed.

You can't visit them, but they're always there.
