» Logistics - Overview «

The Logistics division (LD) is responsible for managing site supplies, coordinating between other supply nodes within the greater Foundation network, restocking everything from the cafeteria to items in use of anomalous containment, etc. LD is involved in almost every affair at Site-21, and involved everywhere across the larger Foundation.

Logistics (LD) serves as the sole carrier of the responsibility of managing the site's supplies. Formed at the turn of the millennium soon after Site-21's completion, LD is involved in almost every affair at Site-21, as they provide supplies for every task and operation. From food stocking at the cafeteria to transporting dangerous anomalies to their containment areas, Logistics is crucial for the site's continued operation.

The primary source of new personnel is similar departments at other facilities and civilians with fitting degrees. Training new personnel is done through specialized training programs each encompassing a specific area of expertise. The training received from these programs ties into the various personnel assignments:

  • LM-050: Low-Risk Stock
  • LM-062: Conventional Transmit
  • LM-078: Field Supplying
  • LM-082: Urgent Disposal
  • LM-090: Hazardous Transmit
  • LM-098: Combat Support
  • LM-110: High-Risk Stock

Specialized LD staff may be assigned a task force of expertise. These teams, given a designation, e.g., Iota-7 "Blockade Runners," are run by an experienced Logistical Chief. The task forces are also usually assisted with technology from ScD and M&E with additional resources from the Auxiliary & Expendable Resources Department (AERD).
