The Maintenance Department (MaD) is the department responsible for the general representation of miscellaneous site staff. Janitors, cooks, low-level technicians and logistics personnel, and others; the people that keep the lights on, the facilities livable, and equipment maintained.

J&M INSPECTING SCP-939's LEFT CHAMBER

Technical Warrant: Baran Basaran

If it ain't broke, you're welcome.

Hard work and diligence; that's what we stand for. While other divisions idolize geniuses and heroes, we see every one of you as capable of matching our very best. The rest of the facility sees us as low-level grunts doing the dirty and greasy work — and they're not wrong. The work at a facility such as this is not like your average 9-5 custodian job at the corporate building. This job is filled with sweat, dirt, and biological gunk far beyond what any human should endure — yet, we persist. So get down on your knees, bring out the plasma torch, and get scrubbing and rubbing on this damn vile mess of a flesh abomination. There ain't nothin' a bit of elbow grease can't fix here in Construction and Maintenance.

- Maintenance Team Bravo-2 Chief Connor B. Harper, during the xenofauna incident

Interested in joining the Site-21 Construction and Maintenance Division? All it requires is for you to send an email to C&M, stating that you are interested in an internship.

You can visit them in the janitors closet, which is probably that dusty old room!

We supply, you consume.

Ever used an expensive piece of machinery or taken a bite out of the lunch you get from the cafeteria, and wondered, where does this come from? Well, our job here at Manufacturing and Exchange is to supply the facility with all its many needs and commodities. Whether that is through local manufacturing or exchange with external sources; we do it all. We also work with the diligent researchers to manufacture the equipment they so wonderfully designed.

- Quinton Hunt, interrupting the conversation of two researchers in the cafeteria

Manufacturing and Exchange is currently not accepting new staff.

You can visit them at the facility dam, in the inner facilities!

Transportation is the life blood of the Foundation.

As convenient as it would be, supplies, Class-D, and SCP objects do not just appear out of thin air nor are they teleported from one place to another. No, these things are instead carefully transported from facility to facility by Site-21's Logistic Division. We here in the Logistics Division are responsible for the transportation of supplies, SCP objects, Class-D, and even personnel at times. We constantly bring things from one facility to another through our secret network of roads and our state-of-the-art transportation vehicles.

- Former Logistics Coordinator Chuck Noland before being stranded on an island with a volleyball being his only companion

Logistics is currently not accepting new staff.

You can visit them at Gate-B!

//We all have one thing in common: the need for toilet paper. //

In 2014, January, the Psychology Division suddenly experienced a boom in admitted patients. Coincidentally, before this and at the same time, Essential Services staff also went on a strike. Believe what you want, but us here in ES believe that even the most high-ranking staff need basic commodities such as toilet paper and a nice and warm meal at the end of the shift. These usually not thought of things must not be forgotten, and it's our job to maintain the spirit of the facility by providing the essentials.

- Barry after being detained by security staff

Essential Services is currently not accepting new staff.

You can visit them in Site-21, in the local convenience store or cafeteria.
