Overview

Early Life and Education
Dylan was born in London, which he spent most of his early years in, rarely, if ever, leaving the city. He was happy with this lifestyle, developing a feeling of patriotism and loyalty to both his country and his home city. Throughout his early life, Dylan expressed an interest in joining the armed forces or the metropolitan police. He joined the cadets and remained with them for a while, before eventually deciding to switch his aims to a career in law enforcement. He set this as his aim, but still considered joining the armed forces once he left college. Once he finished secondary school, he chose to study Uniformed Public Services, with the main aim of becoming a police officer. After 2 years of study, he passed his course.

Joining and Initial Years in the Metropolitan Police
Dylan spent the next few years as an officer in the Metropolitan Police, filling various roles and doing various tasks, leaning towards the violent crimes units more. He was good at his job, able to both deal with violent suspects and de-escalate situations before they got to that point. This allowed for him to develop a strong basis for the rest of his career. After five years in the police, he was given the chance to join SCO-19, which he took.

Specialist Firearms Command
Dylan would spend the next six years as an Authorised Firearms Officer, primarily in SCO-19's Armed Response Vehicle force, in which he would respond to spontaneous firearm-involved crimes, including multiple armed stops, a dangerous but highly effective manouvre. He was noted as being a particularly skilled officer, and this would lead into his involvement with the Tactical Support Team. In this unit, Dylan would provide armed backup to other units, as well as intelligence based, pre-planned operations. Dylan was involved with a handful of officer-involved shootings, of which all were found to be lawful. His record, skills and sevice would give him the chance to join CTFSO.

Counter Terrorist Specialist Firearms Officer
Dylan would be trained as a CTFSO officer, working alongside UK Special Forces, such as the Special Air Service. This top-of-the-line training, combined with the unique approach of the UK's armed police, allowed him to become an effective officer in this aspect. Here, he was able to show the full extent of his abilities. He was an extremely competent officer, like the rest of his peers. He took part in multiple operations, responding to lots of high risk situations. Eventually, he was noticed by the SCP foundation, and recruited. He is now in training as a member of the Security Department, and is adapting well to the significantly different mindset of the foundation's Security Department.
