PERSONALITY

Matt is often a bit curious about how things work and always is happy to learn. He is the type to take orders and do what others say rather than be in charge. He often will tinker with things in his free time. He is quite humble and is happy to share his vast knowledge with others. He is kind however he can be quite serious when need be. he tries to help when he can and may risk himself to help those in need.

BACKSTORY

Matt was born in the small town of Qulin Missouri. He would visit his uncle from time to time who lived a bit outside of town. On his eighth birthday, his father got him a Springfield Xdm. One day when he went to his uncle's house his dad let him bring his handgun. While there he was able to shoot at some old cans. Once he fired a gun for the first time he instantly fell in love. However, Matt was more interested in figuring out how it worked. He wanted to find out more about firearms and how they worked. So he got any books about firearms at the small library in town. And also looked online for more information about weapons. Soon when he got older he knew a large amount about weapons from rifles to heavy artillery. But he still wanted to know more.

When Matt was around fifteen he saved up enough money along with the help of his dad he was able to buy a Walther PP. A year later matt decided to do his research a bit more hands-on.
Taking his Walther PP he would often take it apart and reassemble it while experimenting with the parts and how they worked. Moving on to his other firearm and doing the same. He learned vastly from that experience. But most importantly that same year he found out the importance of physics to how weaponry works.

Once he was seventeen he decided to enlist as a Small Arms/Artillery Repairer due to a large amount of time spent fixing and maintaining weapons which he had gotten quite good at. Matt thought that that role would suit him well. He got accepted and joined the military as a Small Arms/Artillery Repairer. After his basic training, he was sent to Fort Lee’s Ordnance School on small arms. There he learned electronic and mechanical principles and concepts and much more.
He was also able to Operate electrical and mechanical test equipment which he particularly enjoyed. Testing and maintaining weapon systems was also one of his favorite things during his time there. But that wasn’t all; Matt was able to learn and understand schematics. Along with blueprints and wiring diagrams.

After those thirteen weeks and four days there he learned a lot more about weapons. And such he was incredibly skilled with weaponry and how it worked. He was very proud of himself at the time. Considering he was now a fully-fledged Small Arms/Artillery Repairer. Not that much longer he was deployed to Iran. There he befriended a man named Charles. He often sat down and fiddled with weapons when he wasn’t working. Sadly about three months into his deployment Charles was killed in an ambush. Matt was devastated by the news. He decided to make his very own firearm in the memory of Charles using his knowledge about weapons. He worked on it whenever he had the chance. This new weapon was a collection of spare weapon parts. Often taking the good parts of a weapon and discarding the bad ones. Onley to combine them with other good parts. Around seven months later the weapon was finished it resembled an AK-47 with a higher muzzle velocity and used 5.56mm rounds instead of 7.62mm. He would work on his own little projects in his spare time he was deployed another two times into active combat. Were he would sit around in a makeshift shelter doing checkups and repairs on his units weaponry including artillery and other things. Also, he would mess around with weapons when not in combat usually building his very own weapons with spare parts and then taking them apart. After twenty years of service Matt finally retired from the army.

To further his already vast knowledge of firearms he decided to go to Rockhurst University where he got a degree in mechanical engineering. He then decided to learn about something he didn’t know a lot about which is physics. So Matt went to Stanford University. Where he got a Ph.D. in physics after a lot of hard work. Matt decided to go looking for a job. After a bit of time, Matt found a foundation front company called Stable and Clean Plastics. Where he got hired. A year later the foundation did a background check on Matt finding out about his skill in weaponry the foundation told him about the rest of the foundation and gave him the choice to continue to work for the foundation. Which he agreed to keep working for the foundation. He was then transferred to Site-21 and became a scientific intern under the department of Weaponry and Equipment. Were he is continuing to complete his scientific internship.
