Incident Date: 01-10-2022 0800-1600
Incident Location: Light Containment Zone SCP-407 CC, LCZ Halls,
Cause of Incident: Instance Breach SCP-407 (Both C and D instances)
Status: On Hold SCP-407-C instance contained and in need of medical, SCP-407-D instance dispatched. Repair and Construction in the SCP-407 CC are still required.

REPORT DESCRIPTION:


SCP-407-C instance was spotted in the herbivore area during an inspection of the SCP-407 Containment Chamber. Later C&M was called in and the situation turned sour when an SCP-407-D instance was enraged and began hitting the walls. Both were contained, but the area is in need of repairs and construction.

EVENTS TRANSPIRED:

9:25 AM: A group of SD were inspecting the 407 CC when they spotted an SCP-407-C instance. The instance was shocked by a Taser Rifle.

9:40 AM: The group called in for backup. TRT Members 1-4 and 1-3 arrive on scene.

10:00 AM: The SCP-407-C instance gets up from being paralyzed and attempts to flee, climbing up the vines toward the balcony. The 407-C is shocked and falls, bleeding, it becomes apparent that it is injured on its side.

10:07 AM: TRT member, 1-4 gives first aid to the animal by applying a tourniquet high above the injury whilst 1-3 holds the instance down.

10:30 AM: 1-3 brings in a cage while 1-4 prepares to transfer the animal and contain it. The SCP-407-C instance is brought out of the main CC to the entrance room, where it is placed in a cage.

11:10 AM: Group contacts Site Command for C&M personnel for the repair of clear design flaws in the structure of the 407 Chamber, and for a Paraveteranarian Diagnostics Team member to treat the SCP-407-C instance.

11:30 AM: Team concludes that the 407-C had climbed over, using the vines that have stretched over the glass tunnel separating the two sides, to the other side.

12:40 PM: Two C&M members arrive on scene to assess what must be changed, and to make those changes. C&M assesses the situation, before SD and the C&M are startled by an SCP-407 instance who enters a rage, banging against the wall. Both the SD and C&M fall back.

1:20 PM: 1-3 and LT-Raiden are called in after 1-4 radios Site Command for backup.

1:40 PM: SD moves into the SCP-407 Chamber Entrance where the SCP-407 instance is. They fire Taser Rifles into the instance, which paralyzes it and causes it to collapse, denting and cracking the floor below it.

Personnel Injured:
  • No known injured personnel
  • Assets Compromised:
    • One SCP-407-C instance, SCP-407 CC, SCP-407 Chamber Entrance.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:


C&M is required to fix the damage done to the 407 Chamber Entrance. Furthermore, construction of a decontamination zone in the 407 Chamber Entrance should be drafted, as well as a fix to the route that the SCP-407-C instance took to get to the herbivore side.
