REPORT DESCRIPTION:


Medical department zone was locked down due to a breach of Pacific-28 Parasite. Instance was terminated and Medical department zone is under investigation.

EVENTS TRANSPIRED:

10:30 AM: Multiple foundation personnel are in the On-Site Hospital talking to each other. The vent opens up and a pile of flesh with organs falls down from it. A entity approximately 6 feat tall, with human like body builds up from this pile. Personnel is evacuated and Doctor Alberts together with Security Sergeant "Ghost" stay inside to examine the entity.

10:35 AM: Dr. Alberts and SS "Ghost" leave On-Site Hospital and barricade the door after the entity starts walking towards them. Dr. Alberts leaves the scene to contact Higher ranks.

10:50 AM: Entity breaches trough the barricaded doors and starts walking towards the personnel. Alice Void give the entity candy, after that the entity increases it's speed and sprints towards the retreating personnel.

10:53 AM: Dr. Alberts gives SS "Ghost" permission to fire. SS "Ghost" fires three rounds at the entity from his service rifle and terminates is.

10:55 AM: Dr. Alberts arrives at the scene and secures the body. He clears the On-Site Hospital together with SS "Ghost" and secures the zone.

11:15 AM: Samples from On-Site Hospital and the entity are taken into laboratory for research.

14:56 PM: On-Site Hospital is under full lockdown and no personnel has the permission to enter. Evacuation of patients begins.
