Cause of Incident: Anomaly Breach SCP-457
Status: Over Anomaly was recontained

REPORT DESCRIPTION:


During the SCP-457 containment chamber inspection, instance SCP-457 breached the containment and got in to FPZ cafeteria. It was later recontained by Foundation personnel in the cafeteria freezer.

EVENTS TRANSPIRED:

8:30 PM: Group of multiple foundation personnel were doing a inspection of SCP-457 containment chamber. They found multiple hazards and were evacuated on the command of Sergeant Joseph Crims.

8:35 PM: After a confirmation of possible breach Doctor Erich Alberts ordered security to evacute the group out of HCZ. Sergeant Joseph Crims went towards SCP-457 containment chamber. The initial group was split in to group-A consisting of evacuated foundation personnel, and group-B consisting of Dr. Alberts, TRT 1-1, 2 (two) SD guards.

8:50 PM: Dr. Alberts equipped group-B with heat resistant suits and high pressure water hoses, they then went to HCZ.

8:53 PM: Group-B left HCZ and went to FPZ after failing to find SCP-457.

8:55 pM: Group-B arrives at FPZ cafeteria that is already covered in flames, they rescued personnel stuck in the cafeteria and found SCP-457 locked in the cafeteria freezer.

11:15 PM: Group-B successfully contains SCP-457.

  • 2 Known injured personnel
  • 1 Deceased personnel
  • Assets Compromised:
    • Containment chamber of SCP-457, FPZ Cafeteria
